How to get Interacion UUID from Interaction Key

Hi guys,

in segmentation it is just available the Interaction Key. For technical purposes we need to export the Interaction UUID for specific interactions we have to segment. Is this possible? In the segmentation object SAP_CE_INTERACTIONS we could not ifentify this field.

Hi Oliver,

did you find a solution on that. I have the same problem. In the CDS Views for interactions, I do only have InteractionUUIDs in terms of RAW(16) instead of CHAR(32). I want now to PATCH the interaction via Marketing APIs. But with InteractionUUID in RAW(16) format, i will not be able to PATCH the specific interaction. Did you find a solution on that?

Hi Oliver,

I am not sure what you want to achieve, but in general the main scope of the segmentation it not to determine a single instance.

I'd rather try to use the "Browser Interactions" app.
