Hi SAP community,
I enabled the historical analysis of service requests so that I can see the historical version (teams and status) of all my tickets. However, I see that this only shows me data for tickets created after the feature is enabled in scoping. Is there any way to get the historical version for old tickets as well? Any suggestions? 🙂

No, it is not possible to get the data before scoping for historical records. There is no possibility to influence this behavior.
