How to get Dynatrace API Token

Please help us fetch API Details for below Multidimensional components or any other metrics from dynatrace.

1) Background Processing
2) CPI
3) AIS
4) API's
5) OCC

Also, if we can create dashboard for these views?

SAP Commerce Cloud uses a third-party monitoring tool called Dynatrace for observability, monitoring, and performance management. This solution is integrated with SAP support systems. Dynatrace provides full stack monitoring and visibility from the front end to the back end, to the infrastructure, or to customer cloud commerce environments.
