How to generate new contacts from Facebool using SAP Marketing Cloud

Please I couldn't find any document that shows how can we generate new contacts from Facebook compains, using SAP Marketing Cloud

Can someone help with that please,

Hi Soufiane,

if you have set up your integration with facebook, Contacts and Interactions are created as you could see in the iFlow Import Facebook Page Data. So, if there's a new Contact that leaves a post on your integrated FB page, that Contact is created in MC with Origin 'FB', an ID, his Full Name and an Image (at least as I read it from the script in the iFlow (s. below)).

I understand that flow Import Facebook Page Data that you indicate is disabled, is there another way to integrate Contacts from Facebook other than the Landing page and Form option?

Hi Soufiane,

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to acquire net-new contacts via a Facebook Ad campaign.

Typically the Facebook ad would link to a form/landing page (for example on the commerce shop) on which the contact can register. Please find details on landing page integration here.
