How to generate a trigger campaign based on a Date field?

Hello experts

I wanted to consult with you about a campaign generation process.

We want to make a campaign that starts from a target group created based on a particular date.

For example registration date creation of an account in a particular system.

the first email when registering in the system

the second email after 1 month of registration

the third mail to the 3 months of registration.

and so on until one year of registration. In total, you want to send 10 emails to the client who is completing N number of months of registration in the system

We are trying to visualize which would be the best practice.

The first thing we visualize is to create 10 campaigns for each number of months of registration.

But we want to see if it's possible maybe with a trigger type campaign, but we only have the Registration Date field in System.

There is no trigger, which adapts and triggers an action

Perhaps the case that is most similar is a campaign by daily birthday date, a campaign is triggered by birthday date, how is the process to generate this type of daily campaign

Hi Ellio,

You are right that this looks similar to the Birthday campaign.

In a birthday campaign, you set up a target-group-based email campaign, and you make it "Recurring", and make it run once per day.

Your target group is a dynamic target group of people whose "next birthday" field is equal to "today".

This "next birthday" field, is some standard calculated field, I think via some specific HANA datasource behind it, that calculates based on the original date of birth field (e.g. 1990-09-02) the "next birthday" so 2022-09-02. Which matches "today".

In your case, you could say "Registration date = today"
