How to fire two promotions on same cart entry in hybris 180800P_0-70003534

HI Experts, I am using hybris 180800P_0-70003534 and not able to run two product percentage discounts on same product. I have tried following steps.

Case1 Created two different product percentage discounts in two different groups. But only high priority promotion gets fired. Case 2 Created two different product percentage discounts in same group and change group setting to exclusive false. But in this case also only high priority promotion gets fired.

Note: I found exclusive flag is only working if one of the promotion applied on order level.

You should have the stackable flag set to true. if not the higher priority promotion gets applied.
