How to fire two promotions from same rule group?

I have two promotions with two different priorities belongs to the same rule group.

e.g:

Promotions:

Promotion 1: Priority: 100, RuleGroup: group1 {exclusive=true}, Promotion 2: Priority: 101, RuleGroup: group1 {exclusive=true}

Cart:

Entry1: Only qualifies for the promotion1, Entry2: Only qualifies for the promotion2

Now when these promotions fired on cart Promotion which has high priority is getting applied on the cart. In this scenario, promotion2 is getting applied on cart enty2.

My requirement is :

• Promotion1 should get applied on Cart Entry1

• Promotion2 should get applied on Cart Entry2
