How to find where Embedded Component is?

Hi

For the big screen, eg COD_Account_TI I have embedded EC.uicomponent somewhere.

I want to delete it now, but I can't because it returns an error:

File /Y/SRC/Foo/X.EC.uicomponent can not be cleanup because it is refered by file /Y_MAIN/CHANGE_TRANSACTIONS/Partner/AddRemoveECToScreen/7d8fbd141d924fcb8a1a6647968uich60924fcb8a1a667968uich60

But I can't see the EC anywhere on this screen to unpin using Extensibility Explorer button "Add embedded component to pane"
