How to find layout changes for a particular field

Hi,

I would like to know how to find change transactions for a particular field.

I know following functionalities:

1. Administrator --> General Settings --> Layout Change History --> here you can see every changed transaction for every screen, it allows you to search by File Path, Type, UI Component etc. but it doesn't allow you to search on a particular field.

2. Adaptation mode --> navigate to the particular field --> changes tab --> I don't see changes related to that field, but only the most recent changes

So options above are not helping me. Is there someone who can help me on how I can find the changes for a particular field?
