How to find IDOC number in POSWB for tasks processed.

Hi,

After Tasks processed in the POS WB, i can see the aggregation numbers for the sales movement or financial transactions, but i am not able to find the IDOC number in POS Work Bench.

If i see in WE02, i can see the generated IDOCs but not able to correlate which IDOC number is belongs to which stores. Some times, i can see multiple IDOCs generated for same store on same date. Not sure why 2 or 3 or 4 IDOCs generated. As per my understanding IDOCs generated based on multiple aggregation numbers.

is there any way to find the IDOC numbers for specific store on specific date?

Hi BR,

Check in table /posdw/aggrpd table to get the linkage between Aggregate numbers and idocs generated.As you rightly said, for one aggregate number you can have more than one idocs depending on the configuration.Generally 500 line items are packaged in one idoc, if the line items exceed this number, it will automatically create another idoc for the same aggregate number.

Hello Balu,

To filter store specific IDoc detail, you can use WE09 where you can search field value in particular segment from DATA Records.

So if you know the segment detail with fields, you can search accordingly.
