How to filter records on same itemtype

Hi Experts,

I am facing a challenge in backoffice (hybris version 6.7) with respect to a custom perspective other than administration. I have a type say , ABC, in this have a status field with value, OPEN, COMPLETED,APPROVED. in Backoffice, I have to show 2 nodes - say, "New" and "History". on the same itemtype, ABC.

on click of "New" node - i have to show records with only "OPEN" status and on click of "History" node - I have to show records other than "OPEN" status.

To achieve this, I followed the this link , https://wiki.hybris.com/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=release5&title=Advanced+Search+CNG+Search+API with this, it works fine with administration perspective but for other perspective which is valid for other user groups other admin group , is not working.

So any clue, why it is not working ?
