How to extend any field in Dashborad report in sap C4C

Dear Team,

I need to extend one field in existing Dashboard which somebody else created. But in Dashboard i can see selected reports and if i copy the name of any report from dashboard and search in design report under business Analytics then i am not getting it. then how can i get this Dashborad report and how to modify in report field selection then. please find attached screen shot of it which i am not able to see. dashborad-query.png

Dear MD, how are you?

An alternative to check which report is being displayed within the dashboard is to navigate to the report using 'Analyze Data' button. It is available when checking the dashboard and you click on 'More Actions'.

It will redirect you to the report and you can check required report information (i.e. report name, report view name, report ID).

Now, you can access Business Analytics work center > Design Reports work center view and you can adjust report view and report selection and then save this changes to achieve your requirement and also change dashboard's view. Please ensure to adjust report view and selection that the dashboard is currently using. You can check report view and selection that the dashboard is using following these steps: Business Analytics work center > Design Dashboards work center view > Select and click to Edit > Follow these screenshots for checks on Dashboard's Edit Mode

Therefore, if you edit the both report view and report selection that the dashboard is using via Design Reports, these changes will be reflected in the dashboard as well.
