How to expose REST API in order to Find Customer based on phone/mobile number in CSCOCKPIT for Third party usage?

Hello All, Can anyone help me to fulfill my requirement. My requirement is: 1. A call center agent will receive a call. As soon as he/she receives the call CISO will internally make one rest call to hybris by passing the current phone/mobile number and will check whether customer is present in hybris system they will recieve true/false. This services is implemented. 2. Based on this true/false, further they will pass phone no/mobile no. if 1st service returns "true" now here what they want is "they want CSCOCKPIT Screen should get appeared with the CUSTOMER SEARCH WIDGET WITH AVIALABLE CUSTOMER Result based on phone number directly if they are logged in CSCOCKPIT, if not they should be asked for login again get the results" Please someone help me to solve my requirement.
