Hi Muheed,

As far as I know, email interactions cannot be exported in bulk. However, you can refer to the KBAs below to fetch a specific email interaction.

• 2926751 - How to Retrieve Internal Memos from Tickets via OData Service
• 2540081 - How to Fetch Service Request Notes and E-Mail Interactions Using OData
• 2765229 - How to Collect Email Interactions via Odata

You may also raise a ticket to the support team for further confirmation and help.
