Here is a good reference for available APIs in SAP Marketing Cloud:

For Campaign Performance, there is an API to import data from external platforms, but there is none to export data from Marketing Cloud.

As a workaround, you could generate the Campaign Performance operational report and use the export function from the Fiori UI.

Alternatively, you might want to consider leveraging the Interactions API to extract certain interaction types you are interested in (such as EMAIL_OPEN or CLICK_THROUGH).

The version is SAP Marketing 2020.

Data like Namelist interaction data(such as ID: abc@xxx.com, date: 2021/11/08 interaction:opened email).
