HI Experts,
As we know, we can simulate Inbound Phone call in SAP C4C by Installing CTI Adapter .
Question: When am simulating Inbound Phone call at SAP C4C HTML5 view then , I can reset/End the incoming Call by Pressing "Reset" button .But
When I am simulating Inbound Phone call in SAP C4C FIORI View (RUI View) then don't find any end call or Reset button over their . Then how can CSR end Incoming phone Call ..
Real Issue : I need to know, Is Logged user attending any Inbound/ Outbound Phone call while changing Account/Customer details. IF cannot find then I need to store actual Phone Call End time .because what i am observing that "EndDateTime" field of Phone Call activity record don't store actual EndDatetime but instead of that Store save 30min + time when call actual start/received .
Example: If Call start at 29-11-2018-12:30PM then "EndDatetime" field store 29-11-2018-01:00PM .
Please help, I need you experts comments.
