How to enable New button for Sales Order in Sales Documents tab in Opportunity?

Hi C4C experts,

For the opportunity below, 'New' button for Sales Order in 'Sales Documents' tab in Opportunity screen is disabled.

I don't know why it is disabled. For other opportunities, it is enabled.

Would you please help how to enable 'New' button for this specific opportunity?

Please check for the consistency status and the document type of the opportunity (if enabled for bidirectional replication) , Becasue out of an inconsistent oportunity you cannot create a sales order and if bidirectional replication is enabled , it will wait the infromation transfer is complete
