Hi Maris,
Do you want to delete the group "Account Executive" "Presales Specialist" and "Support Engineer"?
If so, you can set them to "disabled" in the following customizing:
SPRO--> SAP Hybris Marketing --> contacts and profiles --> interaction contacts --> define team member roles
For group "contacts", as far as I know, it is hard coded and cannot be deleted by customizing. It make it available to select most used attributes for end users even through no segmentation profile is assigned.
Best regards,
Jayce.

Hello,
you can use the Personalization for the Attributes and remove all Attributes from the not required group. I explained a similar approach required for Custom Fields in the following KBA Note:
2694769 - SAP Marketing: Custom Fields not available for Personalization Attributes in Emails
I hope this helps.
best regards,
Johannes

I don't like this approach as a system administrator. I have to explain this to every user how to personalize attributes instead of being able to change the setting myself for all users
thanks Maris. I have done that and I cannot get them to disappear. I will open an OSS.

Were there any OSS notes that needed to be applied 🙂

Hi
I just tried this and I can still see the AccT specialist , Support Engineer in the Personalization attributes in 1709 SP1. Was there any OSS notes that needed to be applied with this?
thanks
Arlene
