I believe you should be able to find it on Launchpad by navigating to Software Downloads > By Alphabetical Index (A-Z) > I > SAP INDUSTRY PACK. TELCOMEDIA... there you can download either SAP Hybris Commerce, telco and media accelerator 1805 or SAP Hybris Commerce, telco and media accelerator 6.7.
