How to do mass deletion of one Sales Employee (not employee responsible) in multiple Opportunities

Dear C4C Experts,

As per our business requirement we need to delete or remove one sales employee (not employee responsible) from all the opportunities where this sales employee assigned as Sales employee under Sales team Facet in Opportunity.

I have tried through Data Workbench, but no luck.

Hello Murugesan,

If you want to delete information in an existing item, you have to add a column called "ToBeDeleted" at the end of the export file from data workbench. If you set the value to "true" (next to the sales employee to be deleted) and use the update function of data workbench, this should work.

Did you try this scenario or did you try it differently?
