Hello everyone,
I am working with SAP C4C Service and would like to display the first processor of a ticket in a report. My goal is to see who handled the ticket first.
What I have tried so far:
Creating a new report based on the "Tickets"data source.
Searching for a field like "First Processor" / "Initial Processor", but I couldn't find it directly.
My questions:
Is there a standard field in C4C that stores the first processor of a ticket?
If not, is there a way to achieve this using a custom data source ?
Does anyone have a solution or best practice to make this information visible in a report?
