how to display confirmation popup in product cockpit when click on back button or closing the browser

Hi,

I have a requirement to display the confirmation popup in product cockpit in the below scenario.

Once we selected a product using product cockpit and made some changes to one of the attribute. Then when we click on back button or closing the browser need to show the confirmation popup to notify the user about changes will lost/discarded on this action.

I need the solution ASAP.
