Greetings,
I'm wondering if it's possible to display Hybris Marketing Account Fact Sheet from other systems such as SAP CRM for instance?
For SAP CRM for instace, is there a way to
If there's any other way than the ones mentioned above, I'd really like to know!
Thanks in advance

Hi,
The functional part (customizations needed in UI configuration) are explained in detail with SAP Note 2135184 - How-To Guide: Display Fact Sheets for SAP hybris Marketing in the WebClient UI in SAP CRM ...
@Matthias & @Josef,
Thanks a lot for the information you shared. I will talk to our BASIS team about Web Dispatcher and its ports.

Hi Hakan,
you are right, the blog specifcally explains the ability to embed hybris marketing into C4C. For SAP CRM there is the possibility to embed the factsheet or a target group by means of the transactional launcher. However it requires to my knowledge a web dispatcher configuration which connects SAP CRM and Hybris Marketing by means of a common Web Dispatcher. For details please refer to the implementation guide.
Thanks and best Regards,
Josef

Hi Hakan, there is a standard use case that we enabled to embedd the fact sheet in Cloud for Customer.
Have you checked this documentation? Maybe this could give you an idea how it could work.

Matthias

Hi Josey,
Thanks for the replies and all this information. However, this kind of information sound really BASIS-related, so I'll let our BASIS team know about the part for Web Dispatcher.
When I started this thread, my purpose was to have shed some light on the functional part for myself and all the others would like to know about it. I guess I'll try checking out RDS package. If my memory serves me right, I saw somewhere in integration for SAP CRM documents that there's a section to explain steps to display interaction factsheets and campaigns of Hybris Marketing from SAP CRM Interaction Center.
I'll update this post if I implement this use case on our system.

Hi Hakan,
we will add the following statement to the implementation guide:
As of 1505, an additional security check has been included to protect the application against Clickjacking. When a SAP Hybris Marketing user interface is integrated into another system (for example, SAP CRM) via IFrame, the system only accepts requests from a shared origin (same origin policy). This means that integrated systems need to use the same host and port.
If you are
already running a system that integrates SAP Hybris Marketing user interfaces
via IFrame, check that both the integrating system and SAP Hybris Marketing are
using the same port and host.
If this is not the case, you need to set up a Web Dispatcher.
Another approach to protect the embedded application is using the whitelist service. Both, the embedding and the embedded application has to support whitelist service. In the embedded application you has to add information about the embedding application to the whitelist.

Kind regards,Josef

Hi Hakan,
indeed in the CRM case the installation guide is lacking the recent information on that. We will update the guide and provide a renewed version on the help portal soon. As a second source you can also check the upgrade guide. In section 3.7. you will see some information.
Kind Regards,
Josef

Hi Matthias,
Thanks for the reply. I checked the documentation. It's specifically based on SAP Cloud for Customer. I'm really wondering how it would look like for SAP CRM case. I left a comment for the blog.
We'll see 🙂
