How to disable Sales Lead management?

Hello Experts,

I am trying to disable Sales Lead management for customer in SAP C4C.

I have disabled Sales Lead management in the Implementation Projects, however when I was saving the adjustment, then I encountered the subjacent error:

Hi stonezhao,
I understand that you simply descoped (OBSOLETE) Sales Lead Management under Sales → New Business and when trying to save the implementation project you encounter the error, is that correct?

Dear stonezhao,

Have you created any Sales lead in the system already?
If so, try deleting them and then unscope the Sales lead management.

Note that while deleting already created leads, Leads with followup documents can't be deleted unless the followups are deleted.

If some of the leads are undeletable by standard then , only solution is to remove the Visibility of the Sales leads WCV in your business roles.
