Hi experts,
I'm working on a SAP Marketing Cloud project. Our customer has two email domains:
example@customersA.com
example@customersB.com
And there is a custom field that determines whether a customer is type A or B. According to the configuration help "you can define a default sender address for emails. This email address is only used if the application did not determine a sender address so that this entry acts as a fallback. It is assumed that the application would typically determine a sender address based on underlying master data and determination rules e.g. defined in output control."

Is it possible that the same campaign is sent automatically from diferent domains in such a way the type A customer receives the email from example@customersA.com and type B customer from example@customersB.com? If it's possible, where can I configure this rule?
Thanks!

Hi Janina,
Thanks for replying.
OK, the topic attached is needed in order to send emails with both accounts. Let's suppose I configure it and I've got two sender profiles, each one with a different email address. Now, is it possible to send the same campaign to both customers using the two sender profiles? If yes, how can I configure the rule or rules so that the system recongnizes if one customer is type A or B and send the campaign from the appropriate email address.
Maybe it is not possible. The only option I have seen to choose a sender profile is through the Email template by selecting one sender profile in Settings

but this wouldn't meet the requirement (automatic process) as the customer should create two campaigns, two target groups and two email templates.
Regards,
Thank you

Hello Pedro,
might be that I havn't understood everything but does this topic here help?
Using Several Accounts for one Service Provider
I am not a hundred percent sure but perhaps with this you can create two sender profiles with different email addresses.
Kind regards, Janina
