How to deactivate B2B Scenario (B2B-Customer and Contact Persons) in C4C

Hi All,

we would like to deactivate completey the contact persons and B2B Customers in C4C. We saw under scoping a customizing that looks like this:

This field was greyed out. Should we hide all B2B related stuff by using authorizations?

Like for example when creating a target group and adding the members of the target groups still contact persons can be added. How is the SAP-way to avoid to see these kinf of information for the whole tenant?

We just have B2C Customers.

Hi Oliver

If the Customer Invoicing or the Account and Activity Management business package is selected in scoping, then the Accounts business option is automatically included in your scope as you can see

Inorder for you to disable using Accounts and Contacts. You should descope the option- Account and Activity Management Under Sales.

With this you should no longer be able to access Accounts and Contacts Business Partner Types.
