How to customize product cockpit for custom item type for "create new item type" for reference selector

I'm directly getting the search popup.

Need to get a popup asking Create new Item type./select an existing reference.

I have created wizardConfig_ItemType.xml but didnt worked.

Hi guys ,I got the solution...we just need to give all permissions for the new item type for the usergroup.
