How to create merge fields to track information from an external surveys provider?

Hello!

I´m currently working with a third survey provider named GetFeedback to track NPS data.

However, I´m having troubles creating the link to track the information.

The survey is hosted in Getfeedback and I have to insert the link they give me in my prebuild HTML in Content Studio.

However, this link doesn´t have the merge field required for SAP Hybris Marketing to collect information about the answers, so when customers answered the question all the information I have is anonymous

With all of the previous link, these are the answers I had collected (in any of them I can know which is the email of the customer, which is the information I need). It has all of the Hybris Marketing parameters:

I have tried to request help to GetFeedback but they don´t know how Hybris Marketing is working.
