How to create credit note from SAP Customer Checkout

Hello,

I have the following problem with SAP Customer Checkout. I'd like to create a credit note from SAP Customer Checkout into SAP Business One. I'm aware that in the configuration there is a setting for 'Create credit memo on negative receipt amount'. However, when I post such a receipt with negative amount it is not processed and does not show up in SAP Business One. Any suggestions?

Hi,

Creating Credit Memo is only supported with SAP BusinessOne integration. For BusinessOne Anderson and Joerg have provided enough information.

In standalone mode or when integrated with SAP ByDesign or SAP S/4 HANA(with standard solution), creating credit memo is not supported.

In order for this operation to succeed make sure:

• The CCO scenarios are up-to-date
• You have successfully executed the CreateUpdateTab scenario step (it doesn't tell you if it fails to create the "CreateCreditMemo" column!)
• Then check the integration again and pay attention to all messages in the logs

Make sure that your B1if Customer Checkout scenarios are on version 3.7.85 or higher. See SAP Note #2163033 for further information.
