How to create an action like remove,edit in smart edit for component in smart edit 1808?

I got a requirement to create an extra action in smart edit for a component, similar to the edit, drag&drop and remove actions. In which I got some data from help to add contextual Menu service by adding items to it(creating a menu item like remove, drag & drop and edit but it is not working).

I want to know the steps to implement the action with OOTB format using the custom extension. Please inform the steps which are involved in OOTB functionality as it is involved with angular and grunt.

Find the URL for the adding component in contextual menu service and also inform how to implement the same in smart edit 1808 using the custom extension(created using the "YSMARTEDITMODULE" template).
