How to create additional Account Owner in Emarsys?

Hi SAP,

I have an Account Owner role for the newly provisioned Emarsys Tenant.

• Using that, how to create/assign an additional Account Owner (Not Administrator) role?
• Management > User Management - only allows creating roles as Administrator.
•

Hi Kunal,

According to the documentation, users can only be promoted to the Account Owner role by Emarsys Support.

So, I think that you need to contact the Emarsys Support team to promote users to that role.
