How to Create Action in Customer xbo or xbo

I want to create an action button in the UI designer. For this, I created an action callCustomer in Xbo, but I am getting this error

Can you please help me? How can I create an action button in this Xbox, or if it is not possible, then what option do I have to create an action button?

Please Help with this.
