How to create a custom promotion condition based on the product available qty

Hello,

Can someone suggest on the custom promotion condition for the product until the stock max. qty reaches ?

For example, Let's say we have a qualifying product called Pen. Business user wanted to offer a maximum quantity of only 1000 units for a sale as discount based on the coupon code applied. But, when 'UserA' buys 200 units upon applying the coupon, the remaining available quantity in the sale should be 800 only for the other users to purchase and avail the discount by applying the coupon. The promotion should only end till the stock lasts. that is, 1000 units.

Can anyone suggest on how to achieve this upon making use of the existing OOTB functionality along with the customization ?
