How to configure sms interactions with SAP Digital Interconnect

Dear All,

We configure the comunication between SAP Marketing On premise 1809 and SAP Digital Interconnect (Aka SAP SMS 365) and its ok for sending sms (outgoing communication) but now we need to receive the interactions like bounces and sms opened.

We have reviewed the documentation:

But it remains unclear if additional configuration is needed in the provider part and the adapter class. Where this information comes from? is there any documentation on this scenario?, Is there any standard adapter that receives this information in SAP Marketing on premise?.

Hi Oriana Carolina, I see. But with 1809 On Premise it's not possible. For Cloud something has been gone forward ...Service Provider and Available Features https://help.sap.com/viewer/0f9408e4921e4ba3bb4a7a1f75f837a7/1905.500/en-US/6f794a96c82246919d061d1e... ... But I assume that's not an option for you.

Hi Oriana Carolina,

as far as I know Bounces and Unsubscribe are not abvailable in SAP Marketing On Premise 1809.
