Hi everyone,
I'm trying to set up a text messaging service on the Sales Cloud system, but I encountered a hold-up due to a required field named - ShortCode. I looked it up a bit, and as it seems none of the SMS service providers I've contacted supplies is. Is there a way to work it around?

You can check an online shortcode lookup tool and try obtaining the shortcode from the SMS.
