Hi Experts
SAP is activating the Sinch email provider In the process SAP provides the client with the DNS.
But reviewing what must be configured, System and Communication Agreement, I do not see any field that asks to place the DNS.
This data must be configured in which part of SAP Marketing Cloud?
Or is it the CPI or in some client's server?
I also see that there is a point where a marketing area must be selected. I have configured two apart from the standard one, should I configure a communication agreement for each of the marketing areas?
And, the username where I get it from, I display the mach code and I have no choice.

Best regards
Elio C

Hi Elio,
you don't have to maintain any DNS entry in MC. Usually Sinch will hand you over (or give it directly to the customer) the DKIM and SPF entry which have then to be maintained by the customer's network team and asks them also to maintain an MX Record.
After that Sinch checks if everything is fine and will hand you over your account details (user and password). These are the settings you have to maintain then in the communication system as user/password).
After completing the communication setup in MC you are able to maintain the Sender Profiles. Here you can select Marketing Areas and sender addresses for the different sub-domains you requested.
Hope that helps.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Kind regards
Tobias

Hi Elio
You can check this SAP Help Documentation regarding the setup of sich as your ESP:
I can also recommend to have a look at the sinch Onboarding Guide for SAP Marketing Cloud:
https://community.digitalinterconnect.com/t5/E-mail-365/E-mail-365-Service-SAP-Marketing-Cloud-Custo...
All relevant authentication details will be provided by sinch after your email sub-domains have been set up.
