How to configure Communication type for contacts on BP ?

Hi Experts,

I need to add a communication type to Partner. Currently the existing communication types are TEL;MOB;FAX .. etc.

I need to include PAGER and Teletext numbers in communication type such that data should get assign to standard tables ADR13 and ADR4 respectively.

I found the table where i can specify the communication type TSAC. Below is the current config for that table.

Please hep me with he configuration required for this.
