How to configure bounces in Hybris Marketing Cloud?

Hi experts,

I have been doing tests on Hybris Marketing cloud, when I send test campaigns and I open the mails, the indicators are updated correctly, adding one to the open mail counter, also with the unique clicks. The problem is when I send mails to adresses that I know do not exist to test the bounces KPI, the system shows it as delivered. By sending it directly from the mail I receive the mail that the account does not exist. Does anyone know what may be happening?

Hi Jayce, thank you so much for replying.

In my case I am using SAP Mobile Services, and not Amazon. Are the configuration similarto each other? This configuration on the email service provider side was made by SAP. Do I need to inform SAP to check this issue?

Hi Juan,

Yes, maybe something goes wrong in the sapMS. And I think it is better to create an incident in CEC-MKT-CPG-EXE component so that we can investigate the issue directly in your system. Please open the incident for your DEV/TEST system with sample document.
