How to compare 2 attributes in Hybris Marketing segmentation model?

Hi All,

Our requirement is to compare 2 attributes in segmentation? Is it possible?

To elaborate - Let us consider a numeric Attribute A. We can easily segment customer by giving this attribute a static value or list. But now, we have a case where we have 100 consumer in the parent node. we would like Attribute A to be compared with Attribute B for these 100 customers. Is it possible? If so, how can we achieve this in segmentation?

While dragging and dropping Attribute A to the parent node of 100 customers it is asking for filter which we don't want to provide. We just require -- > out of this 100 customer those who have Attribute A > Attribute B.

Hi Deepu,

This is unfortunately not possible in SAP Marketing (Cloud) Segmentation. There is however an influence request for exactly this requirement: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/209390

A possible workaround is to create a custom HANA view which provides the wanted rule as calculated attribute, e.g. has a calculation "A minus B = C", and then you could use the calculation result in segmentation e.g. by filtering C > 0 or similar.
