How to Close the Initial C4C Project?

Hello All,

In my project we have completed all the activities, But status of the First Implementation project stays Tested.

So I have a question on how do we close the project ?

Hello Harsh,

I guess you are trying to close the project in Test System. You cannot close the project in test system. Check the KBA

Hi Harsh,

from your last comment I assume you are trying to close First implementation project in Test tenant and that is not possible. It is possible only in Production tenant, because closing The Go-Live activity (which is also not present in Test tenant) is prerequisite for Close activity.

Final status for First implementation project in the Test tenant is "Tested".

Hola a todos:

Tengo una duda que no me ha permitido dar este cheque para cerrar el proyecto.

Estamos implementando el Centro de servicio central para empleados, y quiero saber si al hacer clic en esta marca para cerrar el proyecto se restablecerán los tickets creados por los empleados. o qué sucede si no hago clic en ese cheque y empiezo a usar la gestión de tickets en C4C.

Hi Harsh,

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view
3. Highlight the First Implementation project and choose Open Activity List
4. Select the Go-Live tab
5. The activities Close Project and Confirm Go Live are Completed

Hi Keshav,

Thanks for the response. Though I only see these 3 activities on the Go Live tab in the activities which are closed.

1. Assign Contact to Contact Type

2. Validation of IT Contacts

3. Disable Data Migration per Object

I don't see an option to close the project.
