Hi all,
in testing the master data queue I managed to create some entries that can not be processed. They have been in the status "Processing" for some days. I already restarted the CCOM and also deleted the contents of the folder "queueFiles" of the CCOM. There is no job to clear these entries either.
Does anyone know how I could clear the master data queue? These entries also seem to be blocking any further entries.

If it is blocking the process of the new transactions, I suggest you to open an incident with the SAP Support for further analysis.

@SAP can you give an update on this topic? Even without wrong entries in the queue the case of clearing the queue incase of a "refresh" could be a possible scenario. You should not need to wait for the CCOM to go through all entries if you want to start fresh.
I also checked FP14, there does not seem to be a job the do this.
