How to clear alerts when un-confirm one business agreement or confirm another business agreement.

Hi Expert

When one business partner has more than one business agreements. I confirm one first it shows alerts as expected. And then I un-confirm the business agreement, but the alerts stay on the screen. I confirm another one it still there, it cause confusion. Hope any expert can help me out.

Hi Steven, I guess that you created your alerts with the crm-rule framework. You can define another or additional trigger (un-confirm one business agreement or confirm another business agreement) on your alert to reset it or display a new alert. Could you theck your rule-tree? If you need further information, I can check it in the corrosponsding customer system again.
