Hi,
I want to see the all Tickets( in reports ) that are present in the system, which is made using based on object category.
how to check ?

Hello Mohammad,
You can use "All Ticket" report in Business Analytics workcenter -> Reports view to get all tickets and view by selection with field "Category". You can add field Category by using option 'Add Fields', if it is not available.
