How to check the revenue generated by my Web channel campaigns?

Hi SAP!

Could you pls help me with the following:

I would like to make some reports based on the revenue generated by my web channel campaigns. However, I could not manage to see the revenue generated by my campaigns. Is there a way to check the revenue in this case?

Hi,

Web Channel has not yet been integrated in to our Revenue Attribution service, but this is planned for Q3/4, 2021.

Hi there.

I see that Web Channel revenue attribution was planned for Late 2021. Do you have a new date for this or, given the amount of lapsed time, I wondered if it has been removed from the road map completely.

The option I've been given by support is to use GA for this.  However, I use Smart Insights data for our Email & SMS revenue attribution.  This is so much more useful than GA as the majority of our transactions are in store and I firmly believe that WebChannel will drive in store sales.

If this is off the radar, can we please put it back on, soonest?
