we are on Hybris Marketing on-premise version 1702.
In the app sentiment engagement nearly all posts from facebook have automatically assigned the tag "pfeferminzia".
In the customizing "Maintain Search Query and Filter Settings" I had to maintain the search terms "Pfeferminzia". This is necesary as by this way it is possible that yM finds our fanpage of https://www.facebook.com/pfeferminzia/.
The problem now is, that all posts that appear in the app 'Sentiment Engagment' arrive with tag pfeferminzia. But in our opinion the SAP HANA Text Analysis has to search for the words that appear in the posts and identify words like "credit card" so we can assign the interests to it.
This somehow is not working right now. Example: A customer posts something about Visacard. So the yM-System identifies the word "visacard" and assigns it to the posts in the app Sentiment Engagement. By this way in general we can assign the interest "credit card" to the tag visacard.
What can be done to change this logic and what could be the error?

Thank you very much for the reply. In the link you have provided - if I understood it correctly - I have to change the logic how tags are assigned automatically to the posts. The entity would be Social Media as we are talking about Facebook posts. Anyway this is how our customizing is defined right now (-> we have not changed anything until now):
How can I modify here which tags have to be assigned to the posts? In the customizing SPRO->...->Social Intelligence->Basic Settings->Define Search Terms as I understood the search term represents the account ID of the Facebook Account I want to retrieve the posts from. Here in my opinion I can not define new search terms like Credit Card or Mastercard, etc. which then will be assigned as tags to the posts in Hybris Marketing.
Example: I have created the facebook fan page: https://www.facebook.com/pfeferminzia/. For this reason I have created the search term pfeferminzia. Result is that all posts are retrieved from this Fanpage correctly. But as a tag always "pfeferminzia" is assigned:
I need to change the logic. So as I can not change the customizing for the search terms where else I have to change it?

I have checked the customizing. We have not changed anything here (see attachment).
Our table SOCIALDATA is empty. Is this maybe the problem?
