How to change properties from platform folder?

A specific one to change: X-Frame-Options ALLOW-FROM uri.

Simply, add the new property=value or override the existing property=new-value in the local.properties file.

In most cases, the new/overridden property and its value become effective with a server restart. However, if the property is related to tomcat, it requires both, build and restart.
