How to change My Views in C4C

Hello Expert,

is it possible to change the configuration of automatic views in C4C?

Specifically, within the LEADS we will need the initiatives to automatically present from the most recent to the oldest.

Is it possible to modify existing views? Or do you have any suggestions?

Hello Giovanni,

you can go to Personalization (if this is only for you) or Adaptation (for all users), order the column based on date or Lead ID by clicking on 'Sort and Group By' and selecting corresponding field, and End Personalization / Adaptation.
