Hi Arvind, I have tried the same still it's not working. can you please suggest any other approach to update systembar logo in backoffice.

Logo on login and backoffice home page logo are available in .css file of backoffice extension.

The name of log which you want to change is logo-sap.png insystembar.css under backoffice extension. So only you need to change these images.

I assume here that you have already created custom extension of backoffice so that you can easily modify css and images files. See below css screen shot to see image:

If not created custom backoffice extension ,need to create to custom backoffice related uis.Also to know more about modify css see below link:
