How to change Contact Merge Logic

Hello together.

there exists the app "Manage Contacts". Within this app there exists the filter"For Review":

Basis for these contacts which are for review is a marketing application job which runs in the background. We have to change the logic that it takes into account some more custom attributes which are on the customer. Does anybody know if that is possible? Which BADI can be used?

As per my knowledge, these jobs are standard for Review and no BADI exists for that!
