Hi Experts
A query: I have a scenario in SAP Commerce, in which there is a box where the store visitor can put their email.
the email must travel to MKT but also the acceptance of the permission must be by default.
What communication agreement and Iflow allow me to capture that data from SAP Commerce to MKT.
Name and surname will not be brought, only email.
I would understand that you would arrive as an anonymous client to MKT The client does not want to use MKT forms or landing page.

Hi eliocentenob
There would be custom work required in Commerce. The standard way to achieve this is Landing Pages and Forms. Why do you not wan to use this option?
Easiest way to achieve this using Custom code is to have Commerce build a component where the data can be captured, then Commerce call the SMC API for Contact (POST)
If you want separation of contacts in SMC you will need to define an Origin to pass this email address to. If you want merge to happen automatically ensure origins are aligned

Dean

Hi Elio,
I think your scenario can be supported, using the standard SAP Commerce to Marketing Cloud Integration, maybe with some enhancements in the customer project. For details refer to the integration guide. More information can be found also in the corresponding CX Works article.

Dear eliocentenob,
I understand your scenario, but as per my experience I don't see any other solution than using/embedding a Landing Page to capture email.
If you face any problem, you can chat with an expert from SAP.
Thank you.
